Lumetallix & Lead Locators Sponsor National Lead Conference

by | Jun 17, 2024 | Healthy Homes, Lead Detection | 0 comments

The 2024 National Lead & Healthy Housing Conference will be held this year at the DeSoto in Savana, Georgia. Save the date: August 20th—22nd.

Lumetallix and Lead Locators are sponsors of this annual event. This is an exciting opportunity to speak at the conference and meet the industry’s movers and shakers. Our science will be discussed, along with the progress made on developing a product specifically for the US market and EPA recognition for use by contractors in the renovation space.

What Does Sponsorship Mean

Cosponsors

Sponsorship means that we are now players on the national scene. Our product is being used by hundreds of people per month, and we are active on the front lines of easy and accurate lead detection. Our product involves groundbreaking technology, and it is rolling out worldwide. The US Market is reeling from losing the 3M lead test swabs in October 2023.  It is a matter of time and the speed of science before we can earn EPA recognition.

3 Tracks

It will be challenging to take it all in because there will be three concurrent tracks. As a distributor of this fantastic product, I must make tough choices. Much of the conference centers around what is being done to prevent childhood lead poisoning, including legislation and regulation. There will be new advances in XRF technology and a panel discussion by the EPA, CDC, and HUD. Overall, it should be a great event, and I look forward to attending it.
